Manitowoc County home prices dropped slightly in February.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports that the median price for a home sold in Manitowoc County last month was $231,000, which is down $24,000 less expensive than in January.
However, it is $39,000 more expensive than February of last year. The number of homes sold remained relatively steady at 56, which is three fewer than January and two fewer than last February.
The state numbers also remained relatively steady, with the $315,000 median price throughout the state being the same as in January.
That median price is, however, roughly $11,000 higher than last February.
There were 3,750 homes sold in Wisconsin last month, which is 266 more than in January and 33 more than last February.
