The Wisconsin DATCP is getting ready to celebrate National Ag Day.
This year, the celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th, with the theme of “Together We Grow.”
In advance of this national day of recognition, the DATCP encourages all Wisconsinites to take time to thank their local producers for the hard work they do every single day to feed, clothe, and power the State of Wisconsin and beyond.
Sam Otterson, the Communications Director for the DATCP, also said of National Ag Day, “From producers and manufacturers to distributors and consumers, I encourage every Wisconsinite to celebrate this March 24 by purchasing local, Wisconsin-made products, and by learning more about our state’s food supply chain.”
