
There are two governmental meetings scheduled for today (March 17th) in the City of Sheboygan.
Up first will be the Joint Review Board meeting inside Council Chambers at 4:00 p.m.
They will begin by appointing two members to the Board, including the Chairperson, before reviewing the Board’s responsibilities.
They will then discuss and review the plan for a Tax Incremental District project before setting a next meeting date to consider the TID’s approval.
Meeting at the same time, 4:00 p.m., the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners will meet inside the first-floor conference room at City Hall, where they will give the public time to comment.
Then, they will receive an update on the Public Safety Complex schematics and interviews to be held for the position of firefighter/paramedic.
The group will also select an Independent Hearing Officer before entering a closed session to discuss the charges filed against Lieutenant William Adams.
Then, before adjourning for the evening, the Commissioners will move back into an open session to discuss the matters covered while in a closed session.
