Sentencing is being ordered for an Eau Claire man convicted in a January 2025 fatal shooting.
Du’Marion Stogner was found guilty due to no contest pleas last year to charges including second-degree intentional homicide in the shooting death of 21-year-old Andre Simmons Junior.
Stogner was sentenced Wednesday to nine years in prison.
