Another Manitowoc chain restaurant has closed without warning.
Employees at Wendy’s were informed on Sunday that the restaurant would be closing that day.
A worker at the restaurant told SeehaferNews.com that there was no prior warning for the employees.
The sign on the door thanked everyone for their support over the years, but offered no reason for the closure.
Wendy’s Corporate announced earlier this year that it would be closing between 300 and 600 locations throughout the first half of 2026 to eliminate underperforming or outdated sites.
This is the second chain restaurant to close in Manitowoc this year, as Perkins shuttered its doors on January 25th.
The employees there were given advanced notice.
