
A Manitowoc man has been indicted on federal child porn charges.
27-year-old Zachariah R. Breihof was indicted by a federal grand jury for transporting and shipping child pornography across state lines.
The details of the case are not known, but the case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, investigated by the Manitowoc Police Department, and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel R. Humble.
If convicted, Breihof would spend a minimum of five years in prison, with the potential for up to 20 years’ imprisonment, a maximum $250,000 fine, and from five years to a lifetime on supervised release.
