The 33-year-old and 23-year-old Alexcer Solis Gomez are charged with abduction after a child was reported missing in Two Rivers.
A criminal complaint alleges that a vehicle with California license plates took the girl.
The victim’s phone was tracked, and it was determined that she had been taken out of the state.
All three were later found in Wyoming, and the two men were arrested while the girl was sent back to be reunited with family.
Perez and Gomez were later extradited to Wisconsin to face charges.
Gomez claimed he was paid to take the girl to California to be with her boyfriend.
The 23-year-old is back in Manitowoc County Court today for his arraignment hearing.
