
A Two Rivers teen is being charged as an adult after a shooting near a Manitowoc bar.
In public records made on CCAP, 16-year-old Nicholas Antonio is charged with attempted 1st-degree intentional homicide, 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety, intentionally pointing a firearm, battery, having a weapon while under 18, and disorderly conduct- use of a dangerous weapon.
Manitowoc Police and Manitowoc Fire Rescue were called to the area of Replay Bar in the 1500 block of Madison Street on February 19th, just before 2:15 a.m., for a report of a 30-year-old man who had been shot.
The victim was taken to a medical facility in stable condition.
Antonio was given a $100,000 cash bail in Manitowoc County court by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch on February 20th.
The 16-year-old is to have no contact with two people, Replay Bar, and is not allowed to possess any firearms.
He has since asked for a preliminary hearing, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow (March 5th) in Branch 3.
Antonio was arrested in Manitowoc after police conducted search warrants on two homes.
