The City of Manitowoc has released its 2025 Separate Storm Sewer System Annual Report.
The reports are due to the Wisconsin DNR by March 31st each year, and the city must invite the municipal governing body, interest groups, and the public to review and comment on them.
The report includes the status of implementing permit requirements, meeting program goals, and compliance with permit schedules.
There is also a fiscal analysis, a summary of the number and nature of inspections, and an indication of any known water quality improvements or degradations.
