
The Green Bay Police Department is asking for help finding a dog involved in a biting incident.
The canine was described as small and black, potentially a puppy, without a collar.
The dog allegedly bit and scratched a juvenile, whose age and gender were not given, in the 100 block of 12th Avenue last Thursday (February 26th) at around 5:00 p.m.
The victim was said to have been walking north on a city sidewalk when the dog approached and attacked.
The severity of the victim’s injuries is not known, but investigators are trying to find the dog to verify its rabies vaccination status.
