A local university is once again looking to help improve the area’s workforce.
Lakeland University has launched its spring professional development workshop series, which is designed to meet the evolving needs of the Wisconsin business community.
The workshop series will kick off in March with Crucial Conversations, a two-day intensive workshop on mastering high-stakes dialogue.
This workshop will be held on March 18th and 19th, and again on May 12th and 13th.
Then, Choosing by Advantages, will run from April 21st to the 22nd, focusing on transforming your decision-making from just a gut feeling to a strategic superpower.
Jaime Schramm, Lakeland’s workforce and professional development program manager, said, “At Lakeland, our heart and focus is on benefitting our region. We are committed to strengthening local workplaces and supporting a thriving economy through development opportunities designed specifically for our neighbors.”
