A small section of Outagamie County was placed under a shelter-in-place order yesterday (February 23rd).
The Outagamie County 911 Communications Center announced the order at around 5:40 p.m., only saying that the people who reside inside a small area near County Road A in Shicoton should remain indoors.
No specific details were ever given, but it was stated that there was no widespread threat to the broader community.
