Some Madison activists are standing up for United States Postal Service employees.
A rally was held outside of the USPS location on the East Side on Sunday ahead of upcoming labor contract negotiations.
Those in attendance held signs calling for higher wages, lower staff-turnover rates, and more.
Several expressed the importance of USPS workers and how they keep the community informed and running.
A similar demonstration was also held in Janesville and other cities around the country.
