
A suspect has been arrested after a shooting near a bar in Manitowoc.
Manitowoc Police Lieutenant Adam Sohlden tells Seehafernews.com that officers and members of Manitowoc Fire Rescue were called to Replay Bar in the 1500 block of Madison Street earlier this morning (February 19th) just before 2:15 a.m. for a report of a 30-year-old man who had been shot.
The victim was taken to a medical facility and is currently in stable condition.
Search warrants were executed at two residences in Manitowoc, and the suspect was located at one of them.
Seehafernews.com was made aware of a large police presence in the area of St. Claire and N. 7th Streets, but Manitowoc Police did not specify where the suspect was arrested or provide any other information about them.
The shooting was an isolated and targeted incident, and there is no threat to the public.
