A Rock County caregiver is scheduled to appear in court this morning for allegedly abusing a disabled adult.
Toyo Perez was arrested last month after the Rock County Sheriff’s office was called on a report of battery against a disabled adult.
Investigators said there was video surveillance showing there may have been multiple offenses over time, which led to the 49-year-old being arrested.
Details about the alleged abuse or any potential injuries were not released.
