The Executive Director of Manitowoc’s Ascend Services is now also the President of a statewide disabilities organization.
Deanna Genske has announced that she has transitioned from Vice President to President of the Disability Services Provider Network (DSPN) Board of Directors.
Genske describes the organization as “the state’s leading trade association for organizations that provide support to people with disabilities,” by serving as advocates and providing workforce support.
She also noted that the organization “represents the interests of disability service providers that provide both residential and non-residential services, including center-based and supported employment, job training and placement” and more.
