Sheboygan County is looking to fill a vacancy on one of its committees.
County Administrator Alayne Krause tells SeehaferNews.com that they are in need of a resident to join the Health and Human Services Committee on a three-year term.
The Health and Human Services Committee provides oversight to the County’s HHS Department, which aims to provide healthcare, public health treatment, mental health treatment, income support, assistance for children, and much more.
When describing the ideal candidate for the role, Krause said, “To qualify for the Health and Human Services Committee, a candidate must be a registered voter and a resident of Sheboygan County. Candidates should have experience and interest in human services, with priority given to a registered nurse or physician.”
Anyone interested in joining the committee is required to send a letter of interest along with a resume or biography to County Administrator Krause at the Sheboygan County Administration Building, located at 508 New York Avenue, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13th.
