The Door County Sheriff’s Office has revealed the identity of the man who died on a farm in Forestville.
50-year-old Wilson Duarte Martinez died last Thursday (February 12th) after becoming trapped under a piece of farm machinery at a property in the 7900 block of Old Elm Road.
The preliminary investigation indicates that a large bale grabber attachment became disconnected from a front-end loader and fell onto Martinez.
An autopsy was conducted on Friday by the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office, the results of which are still pending.
The incident is still under investigation, and no additional information is being released at this time.
