An Appleton man was arrested over the weekend just hours after being released from the Manitowoc County Jail.
Officers were dispatched to the UnitedOne Credit Union on South 10th Street at 6:00 Friday evening on a report of a man “hanging out by the dumpster area.”
Bank employees asked the officers to get the man to leave the property.
The officers spoke with the 55-year-old man, who admitted to drinking several alcoholic beverages.
He also noted that he had been released from jail earlier in the day and that he was homeless.
It was then learned that the man had two open felony cases, which had bail conditions of maintaining absolute sobriety.
The man was arrested without incident on two counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
