A local nonprofit is inviting the public to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
InCourage will be hosting the 2026 Sexual Assault Awareness Month 5K on April 25th at 8:00 a.m.
The 5K will begin and end on the shores of Lake Michigan at Red Arrow Park in Manitowoc.
Those participating in the event will receive a swag bag, water, banana, and a bagel, with the swag bag containing a t-shirt, community information, and additional InCourage merchandise.
Registration and participation in the 5K support InCourage’s work with survivors, including shelter, crisis intervention, and supportive services.
In order to be eligible to receive a t-shirt, participants are required to register by no later than April 13th; however, registrations will be open until the day of the event.
