Acuity Insurance has received another major honor.
The Sheboygan County-based company has been named one of the top five insurers in the nation for claims service in the 2026 CRASH Network Insurer Report Card while also earning a spot on the National Honor Roll with an A- grade.
The annual CRASH Network survey gathered feedback from more than 1,000 collision repair shops nationwide, asking them to evaluate auto insurers based on claims policies, payment practices, and overall attitudes, and how those factors influence repair quality and customer service.
In addition to its National Honor Roll recognition, Acuity earned the top ranking in the Great Lakes Region and ranked among the leading insurers in the Plains and Rocky Mountain Regions.
The company also earns a 96% claims satisfaction rating among customers who have a claim, reinforcing the impact of its heart-led approach on customer experience.
Jamie Loiacono, Vice President-Claims, at Acuity, said of the honor, “Caring for our customers is at the heart of everything we do, and that care shows up in the claims experience we deliver every day. Being named to the Insurer Report Card Honor Roll reinforces that customers can count on Acuity when accidents happen.”
