Local businesses in Sheboygan now have a new tool at their fingertips to strengthen their operations.
Sheboygan’s Harbor Centre Business Improvement District has launched a new website aiming to help businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations connect with customers, increase visibility, and market themselves more efficiently, even if they do not have previous marketing expertise.
On how the new website will better position area businesses in Sheboygan’s Downtown, Riverfront, and South Pier, Kristin Bahr, Member Services Manager of the Harbor Centre BID, said, “Local businesses face increasing challenges when it comes to standing out online. Our new website gives businesses a simple, accessible way to strengthen their digital presence, share their story, and reach more customers.”
Tools provided by Locable will power the website, allowing participating organizations to benefit from automated marketing and collaboration.
Locable CEO Brian Ostrovsky believes this will keep businesses in the area competitive, stating, “Nearly every major tech company is working against local communities. By supporting organizations like Harbor Centre, we’re helping communities equip their businesses with tools to take back control of their local digital presence.”
