The Menasha Police Officer arrested in a stalking case was back in court yesterday.
31-year-old Christian Morales was before Outagamie County Judge Mark Schoeder for his arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of Misconduct in Office, Acting in Excess of Authority.
Morales is accused of using the Flock Camera system to track an ex-girlfriend on five separate occasions.
During his arrest, Morales reportedly told investigators with the Appleton Police Department that he used the system improperly while off duty, which resulted in him being placed on administrative leave.
Morales will be back in court on March 10th for a pre-trial conference.
