The mayor of Middleton is accusing a former city employee of sexual harassment.
Channel3000 reports Mayor Emily Kuhn filed a petition for a restraining order against former city planner Mark Opitz for an incident last March.
Kuhn has accused Opitz of trying to unzip her pants and groping her after her State of the City Address last year.
The mayor didn’t press charges at the time but requested that Opitz be fired.
Opitz retired from his position a couple of months after the alleged incident took place.
