Roncalli Catholic Schools has hired a new Director of Finance and Human Resources.
Aaron Erdmann, a Manitowoc native, brings extensive experience in financial leadership, auditing, and organizational operations, along with a strong commitment to service to the role.
He also has a personal connection to Roncalli Schools, being the uncle of a current student and athlete.
He will oversee all financial operations and human resources functions, supporting the long-term sustainability of Roncalli while ensuring responsible stewardship of its system.
Erdmann says he’s grateful for the opportunity to serve, saying, “I look forward to supporting our staff, students, and parents through stewardship and collaboration.”
