Sentencing is being ordered for an Eau Claire man convicted of sex crimes charges involving a child victim.
Chippewa County prosecutors say that Spartacus Bruschuk began sexually assaulting the victim when she was between 5 and 7-years-of-age and that the assaults continued until she was 13.
Bruschuk pleaded guilty to charges including third-degree sexual assault and has been sentenced to five years in prison.
