Bail has been set for a Two Rivers man facing drug charges in Manitowoc County.
60-year-old Timothy J. Rohr was present for his bail hearing on Friday (February 6th), where he was given a $300 cash bail by Court Commissioner Jewel Scharenbroch.
This comes as Rohr faces charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The 60-year-old was arrested after an incident on Thursday night (February 5th) when he was riding a motorized bicycle at night without any lights.
When Two Rivers Police attempted to pull him over, he fled and threw a glasses case into a yard behind him.
He would eventually stop and be brought into custody while the item he threw was revealed to contain just under three grams of methamphetamine and a glass pipe.
Additional terms of Rohr’s bail include maintaining absolute sobriety, and he is not to possess any controlled substances.
He will next return to court for his initial appearance tomorrow (February 9th) at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 2.
