There is only one meeting on tap for today (February 5th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Crime Prevention Committee will be in the Public Safety Building at 6:30 p.m., where they will hear input from the public.
Then, after getting their usual monthly reports, the group will discuss a Verizon text message scam.
Scammers have been posing as Verizon personnel, requesting account or financial information, or sending phishing links.
They will also look over the Committee reappointments for the year before adjourning for the evening.
