Mitchell was reported to be behind the wheel of a vehicle on November 27th at around 5:00 p.m. when she collided with another vehicle on I-43 near the State Highway 96 Ramp in New Denmark.
She reportedly showed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking wine before driving.
One man in the other vehicle died from his injuries, while two others suffered significant injuries.
Mitchell remains in the Brown County Jail on a $150,000 cash bond and is due back in court on April 14th for her final pre-trial conference.
