The woman accused of stealing a medical van at knifepoint last year will be going to trial.
46-year-old Jerilyn Soto was before Judge Timothy Hinkfus on Monday (February 2nd), where her jury trial was scheduled for April 13th through the 16th.
Soto was arrested in Chicago in July after she allegedly approached a Prevea Health employee with a kitchen knife and stole a van belonging to the hospital.
The van was located the following day, and Soto was arrested shortly after.
She was given a $75,000 cash bail on charges of Carjacking while Possessing a Weapon and Armed Robbery, and at last word is still being held in the Brown County Jail.
She was initially supposed to begin her trial tomorrow, however, it has since been postponed to April 15th and 16th.
