The location for tonight’s Town of Mishicot meeting has been changed.
On their agenda, the town board said they will meet at the Gray Fox Bar and Grill on W. Church Street in Mishicot, instead of at town hall, where meetings are normally held.
The reason for the venue change is for a discussion the town board is having about the AI Center Development.
Last week, the greater area of the town heard from an attorney and a software engineer about what AI Data Centers are and what will happen if one is built in their community.
While there is no agenda item for building a data center, the town board anticipates many public comments.
The AI Data Center debate has been a hot topic recently after the approval of one in Port Washington without much discussion from the city’s Common Council.
