Acuity Insurance has announced three promotions to start the new year.
Aimee Schmidt is promoted to Senior Licensed Service Specialist. She started her Acuity career in March 2019 as a Licensed Service Specialist. Aimee earned her associate’s degree in criminal justice and law enforcement from Lakeshore Technical College and holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designation. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
Lyn York is promoted to Senior Licensed Service Specialist. She started her Acuity career in June 2016 as a Commercial Processor and was promoted to Licensed Service Specialist in 2020. Lyn earned her associate’s degree in information technology from the University of Phoenix and holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) professional designation. She resides in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
Jason Geislinger is promoted to Property Claims Specialist. He started his Acuity career in 2015 as a Field Claims Representative, was promoted to Senior Field Claims Representative in 2016, and returned to the company in 2025. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint Cloud State University and holds the Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Claims(AIC) professional designations. He resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
