A home in Oshkosh caught fire yesterday, suffering major damage.
FOX11 reports that the Oshkosh Fire Department was called to the 700 block of West New York Avenue just after 11:30 a.m. on a report of a structure fire.
Crews arrived to find dark smoke emanating from a second-floor window on the east side of the home.
Crews located the fire inside an interior wall on the first and second floors and were able to quickly extinguish the blaze.
No one was injured in the incident, however the home suffered an estimated $100,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
