A Green Bay restaurant caught fire on Monday.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to the Chili’s on West Mason Street at 1:00 p.m. on a report of smoke in the kitchen and dining area.
Crews located the source of the smoke, a fire inside the wall near a sink at the back of the restaurant.
The blaze was quickly extinguished before it could spread, however crews had to remove sections of the wall paneling and some ceiling tiles.
While the fire caused an estimated $25,000 in damage, there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire was deemed accidental.
