2025 was a major year for the Above and Beyond Children’s Museum.
From new programs to new exhibits, Above and Beyond Board President called 2025, “likely the museum’s most transformative year in its 30+ year history.”
By the numbers, the Children’s Museum had over 37,00 general visits, had more than 4,800 early childhood program and event participants, and welcomed over 1,000 field trip students from nine different counties in the state.
Above and Beyond also unveiled 12 new exhibits and refreshed spaces in 2025, while raising over $1 million to help further their mission of making play more accessible for all children.
However, this past year would not have been a success if it weren’t for their 250 dedicated volunteers who put in well over 1,000 hours of service work or their 100-plus community and business partners.
Regarding these numbers and the amazing year the Children’s Museum had, they said, “Every number represents a moment of connection, curiosity, confidence, and joy — and none of it happens without our families, donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters.”
