Roncalli Head Coach Paul Kinsella
Roncalli’s head football coach is stepping down. A school district announcement says Paul Kinsella will leave his role after 13 years of service to the Roncalli High School football program.
Kinsella served as an assistant coach from 2013-2019 before being named head coach in 2020, holding the position through the 2025 season.
The school district calls Kinsella a “steady leader on and off the field, shaping the lives of countless student-athletes through his commitment to excellence, faith, and character.”
In his final season, Roncalli was the Eastern Wisconsin Conference champions for the 2025 season.
Athletics Director Nathan Kaderabek says Kinsella’s impact goes far beyond wins and losses and that his legacy, “will be seen in the young men he helped form and the culture he built within our athletic program.”
Kinsella explains that he’s grateful for the support of Roncalli Catholic Schools, his coaches, and the student-athletes who made his journey so meaningful.
The next leader of the Roncalli High School football team will be identified in the coming weeks.
