The Wisconsin Realtors Association has released its final home sales report for 2025.
Manitowoc County ended the year right around the averages for median price and sales totals, while both numbers dipped slightly from the November statistics.
The average home sold for $223,000 last month, which is down $9,000 from November, and $5,000 from last December.
The 2025 year-to-date average came in at $226,554.
As for the number of sales, the 74 homes sold in December were five fewer than the previous month and 15 less than December of 2024.
It also brought the yearly total to 941, which is 40 more than last year’s total.
The YTD average ended the year at just shy of 78.5 homes sold per month.
As for the statewide numbers, the median home price in December was $312,750, which brought the YTD average to $323,440.
That average is roughly $17,800 higher than the 2024 average.
There were also 5,446 homes sold last month, bringing the yearly total to 67,760, nearly 1,600 more than in 2024.
