A large fire destroyed a Jefferson County business and prompted assistance from fire departments across several counties.
Crews responded early yesterday morning to AJ Anich Lumber – Pal Steel Company in Palmyra.
More than two dozen fire trucks responded to the scene.
This included units from Waukesha, Dane, Rome, and Jefferson counties.
They battled the blaze in freezing temperatures.
No injuries were reported, and investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
