
The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to identify the dog and its owner involved in a dog-biting incident in the city on Tuesday afternoon.
Crime Prevention Sergeant Paul Krock tells seehafer news.com it took place sometime between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m. near Lakeland Manor at 3910 Waldo Blvd.
The juvenile victim described the dog as a large black colored canine of an unknown breed. No other information about the dog is known, and no details of the extent of the victim’s injuries have been released.
