Just days remain for those in the Sheboygan area to voice their opinion on who stepped up the most to help the community over the past year.
Nominations are due no later than Friday (January 23rd) for the 2026 Spirit Awards through the United Way of Sheboygan County.
Each year, the Spirit Awards celebrate the achievements of local volunteers who went above and beyond to help better their community.
Honors available for nominations include the Community Spirit, Youth Star, Transformative Philanthropy, Outstanding Board of Directors, Group Volunteers, Volunteer of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
The 2026 Spirit Awards will be held on April 30th at The Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, where the winners of all awards will be announced.
