
The City of Sheboygan is now home to a new gaming destination.
PowerPlay Arena, located at 2917 North 15th Street, held its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday (January 14th), inviting the public to celebrate, tour the space, and try out what they have to offer.
PowerPlay offers patrons both virtual reality and racing simulator experiences aimed at individuals and larger groups.
The new spot for gamers in the community hopes to offer family-friendly experiences perfect for team-building events, birthday parties, or just some healthy competition between friends.
PowerPlay features an extensive game library with numerous titles covering genres such as sports, horror, kids, and racing, amongst many others.
Customers will be able to choose from hourly rates as well as various other group packages as well.
They will be open Monday through Wednesday for party bookings only, and then Thursday and Friday, noon to 3:00 p.m. and again at 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
