A former Milwaukee bus driver is facing a charge of homicide for a deadly crash in November.
A criminal complaint filed this week shows Dameon Peters has been charged with one count of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Peters is accused of hitting and killing George Kayser near the intersection of 56th Street and Forest Home Avenue on November 22nd.
Police noted the 55-year-old had a blood-alcohol content of .236.
The Milwaukee County Transit System fired Peters after completing its own investigation.
