Sheboygan’s Mead Public Library is preparing for a new, craft-based event.
The library will be hosting its first-ever Craft Supply Swap on Saturday (January 17th) inside the Rocca Room.
In order to make this event possible, the Mead Public Library is accepting craft supply donations until the end of the day tomorrow (January 16th) at the second-floor service desk.
Items the library will be accepting include sewing materials, canvases, and paints.
While other items, such as silicone baking molds, beads, jewelry, yarn, and more, will be accepted as well.
However, things such as finished or partially made items, dried-out paints, or recyclables like newspapers and food containers will not be accepted.
For those who do make donations, you will receive an early-entry ticket to the event, ensuring you get first choice of items being offered during the Craft Supply Swap.
Donors will gain entry from 11:00 a.m. to noon, while general entry for the event will run from noon to 4:00 p.m.
Anyone with questions regarding the Mead’s first-ever Craft Supply Swap is encouraged to reach out to the library by calling 920-459-3400.
