
There are two Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (January 14th).
Up first is the Public Works Committee, which will be in the Public Health Building at 4:30 p.m.
After giving the public time to comment, the group will get the latest on the recycling and solid waste programs and 2025 capital projects, and will get the results of the 2025 tire collections.
They will also look at the slated capital projects for 2026 and will view the Expo special revenue fund report.
Closing out the day will be the Public Safety Committee, which will convene in the Communications and Technology Building at 5:00 p.m., where they will review the corrections confinement report and the monthly financial report.
