The public is being asked to help in the search for a missing Oshkosh man.
The family of 59-year-old Frederick L. Ellis has not seen or heard from him since Saturday (January 10th), and is concerned for his safety due to mental health concerns.
The Oshkosh Police Department has already followed up on some possible leads, but as of this morning, has had no luck in finding him.
Frederick, who is a homeless man, was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans, and black shoes.
He is an African American male who stands 5’10” tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs.
