It is a relatively light high school basketball schedule today (January 12th), but there are some intriguing matchups.
The Mishicot girls will be hosting Little Chute, as the Indians look to build on a four-game win streak, which started just before the holidays.
The Mustangs, meanwhile, have also gotten hot since Christmas, bringing their own four-game win streak into the contest.
Elsewhere, the unbeaten St. Mary Catholic Zephyrs are set to host Newman Catholic.
As for the boys, it will be a high-powered contest in Kewaunee, as the 8-0 Storm hosts the 8-2 Brillion Lions, while Two Rivers will try to improve on its 1-4 record over its last five games, on the road against Sturgeon Bay.
Valders looks to build on a win last week against Chilton as the Vikings host Algoma, while Mishicot has a challenge, hosting the 7-2 Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Resorters.
Other games in the area include North Fond du Lac visiting Chilton, St. Mary Catholic at New Holstein, Random Lake hosting Northeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschool, Sheboygan South hosting Green Bay Southwest, and Sheboygan Lutheran visiting Oostburg.
