
The Reedsville Panthers boys’ basketball team aims to improve to 9-0 tonight as they host the Algoma Wolves.
The Panthers are ranked second on the latest Max Preps Division Five poll and are coming off a 65- 57 victory over Howards Grove Monday night.
Algoma comes to town with a record of 9 and 1 and is ranked 12th in the MaxPreps Division Four poll.
The Wolves are led by seniors Parker Lischka and Brendan Leist, who average 24 and 21 points per game, respectively. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:15 p.m.
Manitowoc Lincoln plays its second game in less than 24 hours and their third game this week as they travel to Kenosha to battle Indian Trail Academy.
Other boys’ games have De Pere hosting Homestead, Kewaunee playing at Southern Door, Gibraltar visiting Sturgeon Bay, and Sevastopol entertaining Green Bay NEW Lutheran.
Just two girls’ hoops games are of local interest. Manitowoc Lincoln plays at West Bend West, and Chilton hosts Kewaskum.
