Manitowoc’s Burger Boat Company has announced its 2025 Associate of the Year.
Tracie Kaderabek was given the award, which recognizes her “outstanding contributions, dedication, and commitment to excellence throughout the past year.”
CEO Nick Siler explained that Burger’s Associate of the Year award is presented annually to a team member who exemplifies the company’s values of craftsmanship, integrity, and customer focus.
He continues saying Kaderabek, “consistently goes above and beyond, demonstrating professionalism and a passion for excellence that inspires those around her.”
After getting the award, Tracie says she is honored to receive the recognition, “working with such a talented team at Burger inspires me every day to deliver excellence for our clients.”
