
A man convicted on several sexual assault charges is set to be released from prison today (January 6th).
75-year-old Dallas K. Anderson was previously convicted on charges of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault, three counts of False Imprisonment, and five counts of 1st Degree Sexual Assault.
The Appleton Police Department reports that he entered the home of a woman he had been dating and repeatedly assaulted her using restraints.
Anderson also has multiple convictions for past forced sexual assaults on females. Appleton Police are letting the public know that he is set to reside in the 500 Block of North Superior Street, but noted that he is not wanted at this time.
Anderson has served his time as imposed by the courts, and any use of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass registered sex offenders will not be tolerated.
