Emplify Health by Bellin has announced its top baby names for 2025.
It was a three-way tie for the number one spot among the girls, which included Lainey, Nora, and Evelyn, plus different variations.
In second place was Harper, followed by Emma, Willow, and Layla.
For the boys, one name stood out amongst the top five. Emplify Health by Bellin staff say the name Hudson was the top name at their hospital, with Henry in second.
The last three names were Cooper, Brooks, and Owen. In 2025, Emplify Health welcomed 3,627 babies with 1,763 girls and 1,864 boys.
Emplify Health By Bellin Maternity Team Leader Janet Letter says her department is, “always excited to meet the new baby, and also to hear the name their parents have picked.”
